Advanced Installer











The 8.7 release brings full support for Software Identification Tag by implementing the ISO 19770-2 standard. The easiest way to make sure your software products are in compliance.
Advanced Installer's powerful Enhanced User Interface gains a Tab Host control, in addition to HTML Host and other native controls.
Also new are the ability to specify dependencies for your App-V packages, predefined searches for various 32 and 64-bit Internet Explorer versions and many more.

Error when copying dialog controls with indirect image references
Enhanced UI packages did not work on Windows 2000
PublicDocumentsFolder property was not resolved in Search page
Unicode updater did not close applications automatically
Feature-based prerequisites did not remove their features when changed to global
System Library path for a Java Product was not saved when using an environment variable
Version registry entries were not removed when disabling Windows Installer information override
Driver components had an incorrect install condition when the drivers did not contain PE files
Duplicate initialization control events were allowed on the same dialog
Edit custom action parameters dialog used quotes for files and folders added in custom action data
Validation issues pane was not displayed correctly
Some installation packages failed on Windows 9x
Reboot was suppressed when using enhanced UI
Advanced Installer Visual Studio extension saved unused data in the project file
Auto-register synchronization settings were not saved when editing multiple files
Some SharePoint information was not removed when deleting all solutions
References were not displayed when deleting a Java Product
Rename option did not work for VSIX files

The system requirements for running Advanced Installer are:

Minimum    

    Pentium 4 class CPU
    512 MB RAM
    1024x768 screen resolution
    256 MB hard drive space

Recommended    

    Core 2 class CPU
    1 GB RAM
    1600x1200 screen resolution
    2 GB hard drive space

Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Installer 2.0

Windows 7, Windows Installer 5.x, Latest Windows Platform SDK

Generated Install Packages

The MSI or EXE install files that Advanced Installer produces run on the following operating systems:

    Windows 95/98/ME
    Windows NT4/2000/XP
    Windows 2003/2008 Server
    Windows Vista
    Windows 7

Install packages use the Windows Installer 2.0 (or higher) installation engine. The engine ships with the latest Microsoft operating systems, service packs, updates and applications. It can also be included in EXE packages as a prerequisite.

Advanced Installer for Java has the ability to create install bundles to install Java programs on the following versions of Mac OS:

    Mac OS X 10.x PowerPC
    Mac OS X 10.x Intel

Windows 7/Vista compatibility

Both Advanced Installer and the EXE/MSI install packages it creates are tested and run on Windows 7 and Vista.

The Microsoft Windows 7 and Vista operating systems are fully, officially supported by the latest Advanced Installer release.

Installation :

Copy Patch in default program folder : C:\ Program Files\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 8.7\bin\x64 or x86
Run Patch.
When you asked for serial just put all 111111111111111...
Note : Don't be confused when you see 8.2 version in Patch. This is version 8.7.
Block Auto updates with your Firewall
