Installation
Extract
Burn or mount the .iso
Run setup.exe and install
Copy crack from CODEX dir to installdir

If you got "Isdone.DLL error” or something.. then;
1- Turn off your Antivirus Protection
2- Right click Fallout.4-CODEX.iso and open with "Windows Explorer”
3-Install it.
