I Am Alive casts the player as a lone survivor in a believable, dark and insecure post-apocalyptic world. One year after the Event, a worldwide cataclysmic event that wiped most of the human race, a man struggles for survival in a desolate city as he tries to reunite with his long lost wife and daughter.
A man searches for his wife and daughter amidst the ruins and rubble of a devastated, dilapidated city in I Am Alive from Ubisoft. As players navigate their way through the post-apocalyptic environment, they will need to climb what's left of buildings, explore subway tunnels, overcome toxic ash, and scavenge for supplies while keeping a close eye on their character's limited stamina and resources. A number of potentially hostile travelers will cross paths with the protagonist, and players will need to decide how best to deal with them, whether it's through intimidation or deadly force. Other people may simply require your help. You can ignore them, offer supplies, or barter for water, food, medicine, tools, or other things you need to survive.
